  • Nonprofit List Share: Occasionally, donor names and mailing addresses may be shared with other nonprofits on a limited basis. Email addresses is not shared in this exchange. Donors can request exclusion from this list exchange at any time.

  • Other Uses or Disclosures of Personal Information: Personal Information may be used or disclosed as necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms of Use, protect rights, privacy, safety, or property, and in the event of organizational reorganization, merger, sale, or similar disposition.

We are obligated to verify your identity to process your request and reserve the right to confirm your state residency. You will receive a substantive response within 45 calendar days of your request, or be notified in writing of the reason and any extension period (up to a total of 90 days).

Please note that we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. We retain the right to deny your request if we are unable to verify your identity or if an exemption applies. You may authorize an agent to submit your verified consumer request by providing written permission and verifying your identity, or through proof of power of attorney.

  • Contact Preferences and Restrictions: We understand and respect your privacy choices and acknowledge that you may want to control how we reach out to you. If you prefer not to receive event emails, newsletters, or other subscriptions, you can opt-out by following the instructions provided in the "Updating Preferences" section below. Please note that if you register for an ACH Foundation event or subscribe to a newsletter, you will continue to receive communications related to that service, regardless of any previous preferences or restrictions you may have set. However, you may still receive transaction-related emails concerning our relationship and the services you've requested.

  • Apps: You can cease the collection of information by uninstalling our Apps. You may utilize the standard uninstall processes available on your device or network. To stop the collection of geolocation data within the Apps, adjust your privacy settings on your mobile device accordingly.

Additionally, ACH Foundation offers the following options:

    • Do not contact me by postal mail.

    • Do not share my contact information for other third-party opportunities, marketing, or commercial purposes.

    • Do not contact me (terminates all communications except transaction-related notifications).

ACH Foundation is dedicated to employing reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard information and protect Personal Information within our organization. However, it's important to note that no data transmission over the Internet or storage system can guarantee 100% security. Although we make every effort to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of such information on our or third-party sites. Retention

ACH Foundation holds onto Personal Information we receive for the duration required to fulfill the purpose(s) for which the information was gathered, to deliver our services and products, to pursue legitimate business objectives, to uphold our agreements, and to adhere to all relevant laws.

Children's Privacy: Users must be at least 18 years old to access our Services, as they are not directed at children.
